I delight in providing you with exceptional service and excellent customer care. I do not issue refunds on salon services. If you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received, please notify the salon within 48 hours of your service. In the event you are not satisfied with the service provided, you will be required to return to the salon for an evaluation of your hair. At that time, I will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction.
